Shipping policy

At Fashion Pharmacy, we’re committed to delivering your daily dose of style as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, new collection launches, major sales), processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States via UPS, USPS and Fedex. Shipment tracking is provided to the email address provided at checkout. 

Sorry, but international shipping is not available at this time. 

Standard Shipping

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available for our customers in the Ada, OK area. YOu will receive an email notification once your order is ready. Please bring your email confirmation with you when picking your order up. 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Fashion Pharmacy is not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.

Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Once a package is in transit, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Fashion Pharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holiday volume

  • Any other unforeseen circumstances outside our control

We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

All shipping costs—including expedited shipping—are non-refundable, even in cases of delayed delivery by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our boutique, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
